Terms & Conditions - the basics

  1. ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE THE RIGHTS OF PIXEL FUNNEL CAKE AND WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO ACT UPON THEM.

  2. You can use the PIXEL Funnel cake logo and name in videos and photographs for the sole purpose of reviewing or informing about our company and our products.

  3. You are NOT ALLOWED to use the PIXEL Funnel cake name in any way when selling your own products unless you have executive permission

  4. The PIXEL Funnel Cake logo and name rights are the intellectual property of the company and its Co-Founders and we have a right to enforce our rights if any of our copyright policies are violated.

  5. Sponsorships with special permissions to use the PIXEL Funnel Cake name, logo, and products in media are given out only by the executives.

  6. YOU MAY NOT USE ANY PIXEL FUNNEL CAKE LOGO, NAME, OR PRODUCT IN ANY FORM OF WARFARE. 

Catering Policy

  1. A 50% deposit needs to be made when booking a session.

  2. ​You can cancel an event 3-days prior for a full refund, and any later is a partial refund for the cost of any materials.

  3. If found, you have a larger party size than stated and bought. you will be given a partial refund as to pay for cost for transportation and materials and given a refund of the rest of the money or be asked to pay more upfront for the extra cost.

  4. There are no refunds after the catering session.

  5. We have the right to refuse you service.
